Plus, we’ll send you home with a bottle of our signature cleaning solution. Starting at $195

  • If your ring is too tight or too loose, we’ll adjust it to fit perfectly. It's a simple fix if purchased from Charlie The Jeweler.

We know you may want to get an idea of the repair cost first, but it’s tricky to provide an accurate estimate without seeing the piece in person. To help, you’re welcome to text us or start an online chat with pictures of your item, and we might be able to give you some guidance. However, we’ll likely still ask you to visit us in person. After all, this is something precious to you, and we want to ensure it gets the detailed attention it deserves.

    Step 2: Consultation with Our Repair Team

    After a thorough inspection, we’ll go over the potential repair options, provide a time estimate for completion, and give you a cost estimate right then if we can. If we can’t provide an exact quote immediately, we’ll follow up with a detailed estimate.

    Step 3: Leave Your Jewelry With Us

    Once you’ve received the consultation and a clear understanding of the repair details, pricing, and timing, the next step is to leave your jewelry in our hands.
