PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces (including engagement rings built through our Ring Builder) typically take 8–10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Charlie will confirm the exact timeline with you during your consultation.

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders from Charlie the Jeweler are shipped fully insured, with signature confirmation required upon delivery for your protection. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the value and destination of your order. Contact us directly if you'd like to discuss expedited shipping options for a specific piece.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you're local to Livonia, Michigan, you're welcome to pick up your order in person by appointment — just let us know when you place your order or during your consultation.
